Current Projects from Coast to Coast
As we prepare to launch our own ferry service in Vancouver, CIRQL continues to advise ferry systems across Canada. In 2025, we released a high-profile report for the City of Toronto on the Toronto Island Ferries, helping strengthen operations for the long term. We are also advising BC’s Ministry of Transportation on its inland ferry system, and most recently began working with the Halifax Regional Municipality on an operational review to support its future organizational structure.
